Our toilet was running-our water bill increased. Performed a BBB website search and called. Quick response time-the scheduler called to let me know Zack would be early! Great news. Shoe covers to protect our floors, wow! Thorough explanation of issue with visual (which I like). Major toilet rebuild (over 26 yrs old) yielded "good as new" in both baths. Zack was very respectful, explained the Service Starter Program, and performed a whole house check. Thanks to Zack our water heater has FINALLY been replaced (also over 26 yrs old-Eek!) and our scary old only rubber washing machine hoses (turned them off every vacation so no unpleasant surprise upon returning home) have been replaced with stainless steel braded. Color me happy because he didn't "just do a service call," he treated our home like it was his home and his investment. Proof: in addition to all this he didn't just put a new pan under the new hot water heater-he fixed it so that any water in the pan would be redirected outside through piping he installed from the pan, through the floor, to under the house, and out under our solar space in back. I didn't know that could be done...that's going the extra mile and treating a client like family. And in 90 degree weather to boot! The house has never been this protected from possible water damage, I'm so happy. Zack and Kaleb were quiet as mice and cleaned up the laundry room nicely after completion. Fantastic service that makes me look forward to them coming out for future plumbing projects.

"Justin was thorough, incredibly professional and unbelievably kind"

Smoke detectors woke my family Saturday morning due to an electrical fire underneath the flooring. The firemen did a great job and even turned off the water at the street to prevent further damage. After calling PF Plumbing, Justin arrived very quickly. He assessed the situation with the firemen, and went into the crawl space where he discovered that water continued to flood the space under our house, (in spite of the fact that the water was turned off at the street). He quickly fixed the problem, thereby preventing a lot of expense and serious damage to our home. Justin was thorough, incredibly professional and unbelievably kind during a major crisis.
