Our Reputation Says It All

Exceptional Customer Service

- Paul Bledsoe

To ensure the health and safety of both you and our employees, we are taking the following precautionary measures:

  • All of our trucks and technicians are outfitted with sanitizing spray, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, paper towels, gloves, booties, antibacterial soap, safety glasses, face shields, and masks
  • 50% of our staff is currently working remotely to aid with limiting interaction within the company—those within the office are spread out to promote social distancing and reduce contact
  • We are going beyond our normal cleaning routine by sanitizing our office multiple times a day, every day; highlighting shared work space equipment
  • We are closely monitoring our employees’ temperatures and wellbeing multiple times a day to make certain we are all symptom free
  • We are prohibiting anyone who isn’t an employee from entering our office at this time
  • We are continuing to educate our employees about proper habits to take (washing hands constantly, sneezing into elbows, maintaining a six-foot distance from anyone)
  • Should any employee get sick (with any illness, not just COVID-19) or have a temperature, we are requiring that they stay home and they cannot return to work until they receive a doctor’s release note

Please be aware that we are also screening all incoming service calls to preserve the health of our service technicians and future customers. Our customer service representatives will be asking a few key questions to all customers requesting service at their homes. Again, this is to ensure the safety of all staff, families, customers, and ultimately our community as a whole.

It is truly our belief that plumbers help protect the health and safety of the nation, We feel compelled to serve in this time of crisis. We greatly appreciate your patience and flexibility throughout this time and are committed to maintaining transparent and open communication.
