Utilities & Land Development

We are licensed as North Carolina General Contractors in Public Utilities (Water & Sewer Lines) and Grading (Unlimited), license #34359.  The Utility Division provides installation of water lines, sewer lines, storm lines, fire lines & vaults, meters, catch basins, manholes, and back flow preventors.  The Land Development Division handles clearing & grading, erosion control, curbing, paving, and road widening.  Our equipment includes track excavators, bobcats, rubber tire backhoes, dump trucks, compactors, and rubber tire loaders.

Our projects include:  Rolling Green Estates, High Point, NC -- grading & utilities for Phases 3 & 4;  Caldwell County -- 5 miles of 12" water line, under State guidelines; Town of Haw River -- 40' deep sewer pump station; Crafton Creek (60 lots) -- grading, utilities, curbing, and paving; Town of Mooresville -- water and sewer improvements; Walkertown Wastewater Sewer System -- 44,000 LF of sewer, 2 pump stations, and access roads.
